🎄 How this works
In the form, provide as much information as possible about your child or children.
The more detail you provide, the more Santa has to reference during the call — making the experience extra magical.
When you initiate the call, Santa will first ask who he is speaking to.
At this stage, the parent or grown-up should answer naturally with their name.
Santa will then ask for the Magic Password — only grown-ups know this.
Please say the magic code clearly, as Santa uses it to look up the information you provided.
If Santa has trouble hearing the magic code, he won’t be able to access the details
and will simply continue with a normal, friendly conversation.
Once the magic code is verified, Santa will read through his record book
and reference the information you submitted.
After that, he will invite the child or children to speak with him.
